Toronto Maple Leafs Draft HIstory Blunders

I've been meaning to do this for quite a while now, just like I've been meaning to write a book on why being a leaf fan is a small step down from slavery. Fortunately for me and other leaf fans Burky is now on board and thing are inevitably looking up. I still think it's important to look back at the legecy of inepness esspecially when it came to everything but specifically when it came to the draft.

this the leaf draft histoy since my birth in 1981, untill 2001. After each leaf pick and where that pick was taken, i've made a small list of players that came after the leaf pick in the draft.

if your a leaf fan i would suggest that you make time to read this when no one else is around to hear or see you. i cried from 1984 on.

someone i know crapped on this pick the other day, and i rememeber trying to talk myslef into this being a bad pick but i couldn't. Wendel was our Neely, without the smooth hands. I guess Wendal was our Wendal. We hung up his jersey for god sakes, the mans a beekon of light in a sea of darkness.

some names that we did miss ove the past 6 years...

Shes weber, ryan kesler, mike richards, corey perry, mike green, milan lucic, andrew cogliano, peal stastney, steve mason

since 2001 we've taken tukka rask, and jiri tlusjy

my brackets a little bit busted

all i really wanted was to beat Obama, Samuel l Jackson, and D Wade, and so far so good. Purdue got me good but i still think it's Pitt and Cuse on the other side.

pretty sure I'm still mathematically alive

Your 2009 NBA MVP...

Lebron...bron.

He's funny, he's talented, him numbers reek of Oscar Roberson.

and most importantly the Cleveland Cavaliers have clinch the central division for only the second time in their history, with 17 games to go.

Kobe is amazing D wade is making a sweet sweet late push but even if they sit and rest bron bron untill the playoffs he should still be the The MVP. Odds i imagine are with Wade, seeing as how NBA MVP voting usually goes the way of the "whodeservesitatthistime?"

when i get these shoes i'ma gonna school all yall's ass's...boom thou!

The Death Of Funny Conan?

I have a sinking feeling he won't be able to get away with as much when he moves to 11:30, but the good news is apparently Andy will be back.

KG keeps it real with Craig Sager

I never thought i'd see the day...

Burger King Mini Burgers are back!

The only thing better than this right now in my life would be White Castle opening at Dupont and Lansdowne.

Back in the day after hockey practice i would drive my parents absolutely bear shit mental by simply whining about mini burgers. If either of my folks sees this new commercial (not the one posted here) they could both kill themselves from the memory of my bitching alone.

this is one of the greatest moments of my life
